Ignitions & Sensors

Ignitions:

The DA-35 Ignition is specific to the DA-35 only (91.5g)

• DA35 ignitions can handle up to 8.4v unregulated

Single Ignition can be used on the DA-50, 60, 85 and (2) on the 100 inline (108g)

• Single ignitions can handle 4.8v - 6.0v unregulated. LIFE batteries are the exception and can be used without issue up to 6.6v.

Twin IGN can be used on DA-70, 100, 120, 150, 170, and (2) on the 200, 200L (144g)

• Twin ignitions can handle 4.8v - 6.0v unregulated. LIFE batteries are the exception and can be used without issue up to 6.6v.

All Desert Aircraft ignition systems come standard with Anderson Power Pole connectors. It's no problem to change to a different type of connector if you prefer. DA does not replace connectors for customers. 

Sensors:

The DA35 Hall effect style sensor is only for the DA35.

All regular style sensors (inductive coil sensor) are compatible with all DA engines except the DA35 and DA-215

The reverse sensor will work on all DA engines except the DA-35 and DA-215.
