The frontage road between Prince and 29th is a good option for those navigating into central Tucson. 3 lanes wide each direction and with full access to all major cross streets.

The freeway on/off ramps at Ina Rd and Cortaro Rd, where many have booked hotels, are open.

For spectators, concessions and indoor restrooms on site. Bring lawn chairs.

The parking fee:
Wednesday-Friday: No charge
Saturday & Sunday: $5.00 per adult, maximum $10.00 per car.

TIMPA facilities include 750' X 75' paved runway, 170' X 18' covered Ramada with cement floor, seventeen 4' X 8' tables, water, electricity, telephone, and indoor restrooms with full plumbing!

Overnight parking of RVs is allowed during the contest, no hookups available.

Motorhome parking fee for non-pilots for the duration of the event:
$50 for the entire event
$35 for the weekend.
This includes admission to the Freestyle events and garbage pickup at the RV.

Quiet Time at the field will be from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.

The south edge of the parking lot (west of the restrooms) is reserved for vendor booths. The parking lot itself is for loading and unloading only. All cars and trailers must be parked south of the vendor area.

RV parking is to the east and south of the restrooms. Shade tents are allowed only in the RV area.

Other than a few manufacturer demo flights, the Tucson Aerobatic Shootout field will be CLOSED to flying before and after the competition flights each day. Any demo flights will be at the discretion of contest management and must be pre-arranged with contest management.
