What about refunds?
   Only checks from those who are accepted to fly will be cashed. Checks from
   those not accepted will be held uncashed until after the Shootout. Any
   remaining checks at that time will be destroyed. Accepted pilots that
   withdraw will receive a full refund until September 12. After that, refunds
   will be issued if a replacement pilot is found.
